The Integrator 9-1-1 Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software provides an Intelligent Integrated WorkStation (IIWS) with color-coded graphics displays that provide essential information clearly and concisely to minimize the operator’s workload and ensure complete control. Integrator 9-1-1 may be used in combination with the Models 3240, 3210, or 3230 operator consoles to provide redundant display capability or with the “buttonless” Model 3299.
